IMPORTANT: The activity plan may hold a contact list containing Outlook contact names and email addresses. It is strongly recommended that the contact list is deleted before redistribution of this document, to prevent possible misuse of names connected to, for example, a specific company. Press button 'Get Person' and then 'Delete Outlook Contacts' to delete.

Compatibility

The Activity Plan is made to work on Windows XP and MS Excel 2002 and 2003, also utilizing MS Outlook 2002 or 2003. Running this document on other platforms and MS Office versions may give rise to errors, however, it has been used successfully on MS Excel 2007 by some.

As of now, MAC is not supported.

Also, Open Office (the free option to Microsoft Office) does not support the level of advanced macros that this document uses.
